Google Translate is a language translation tool that can be used to make machine translations from one language to another via a web based browser system. This tool can be used in various ways. You can, for example, paste a section of text into the translation box and have that translated. As an alternative you can use Google Translate to translate an entire website by pasting the site URL into the relevant box.
Google Translate can currently work in just over 40 languages. This tool also offers a few other features that may be useful to users who need to use translation tools regularly. You can, for example, use the site’s Translated Search function to find translated versions of your search word(s) for the supported languages.
The tool also offers users the opportunity to place Google Translate on to their own websites which might be useful. There is also the option of adding a language translation button to your toolbar. This will allow you to translate a website from one language into another simply by clicking on the Translate icon. The Google Toolbar Word Translator can also translate single words into a range of specified languages when you place your mouse pointer on them.
