There are many different definitions of leadership skills. Leadership skills can take various forms depending on the individual and his/her style and can be used at all levels within a business.

Some people believe that true leadership skills are something that you are born with and that they cannot be taught to those without this natural ability. Others, however, believe that anybody can be taught leadership skills at least to a certain extent. The ability to lead a group of people, a team, a department or indeed an entire company is vital to anybody who is responsible for others.
